Avis Cape Town - Reduce Excess to 0?
Hi All,

Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce all damage and theft excess to zero in Cape Town?

I've tried Hertz and the lowest they'll go is to approx $600 USD which to me is a joke.

Anyone's advice is appreciated.
