ok, did some more reading on here.

Renaissance Beijing CHAOYANG and Hilton Beijing book look very FAR out (although maps can be deceiving). That might be good for taxis, since they are outside, they don't have to deal with as much traffic inside the city.

Renaisance Beijing Capital and Marriott Beijing City Wall sounds good too.
I think they are both near the train, but taxis might be harder.
