Also, in coach, it is actually hard to get refills - on one flight, FA told me - we don't serve beverages throughout the flight, I can get you water though - and that despite my 'please' and 'thank you's.

On a very darn near full KIX-SFO got next to no refills on a 14 hour flight
Domestic aren't much better. Just got back from SJO, and the flight to IAH was OK, but again, on a full flight ran out of my beverage three times. But kudos that they made it thru the cabin three times, that is very, very rare these days.
