Called lan.com, option lanpass, answered in minutes, took 15 minutes to resolve.

All this to pay $13 tax on an award tix. Really?

Oh yeah. She said there would be no service charge because I had trouble paying on line. Really.
I had similar experiences this morning trying to get through but I give them a little slack right now seeing as how they are being slammed by calls after the systems change.
