That is something I totally agree with.

As a very frequent BA flyer I would never expect any crew on BA or QF or any other airline for that matter to wish me happy birthday. In fact, if they did, I would find it bordering on too much. As far as I know, my date of birth does not get commented on the passenger list and neither would I expect the crew to scrutinise people's date of birth even if they for some reason did. All they need to be scrutinising is the CIV score

I am not a child, I don't need anyone but my loved ones to wish me happy birthday. And even if my loved ones forget, I can forgive them within 3 minutes.
