I spotted a glitch.
Just booked BOG ADZ as a reward trip with COP$24000 in taxes.
Paid it, said payment approved, no email received and now 'mis viajes' is asking me to pay again.
Pretty straight forward. Called LANPASS, they called LAN.com. LAN.com found my payment and will ticket it manually this afternoon.
The CSR mentioned the switchover but from the tone of his voice it didn't seem he had been inundated with such queries all morning
