Sorry to ask what must be some kind of FAQ but I do not find a reference with the search engine. I have recently upgraded from W to J by spending 26k miles on CDG-NRT route. Question is: as I have a paid fare, should I earn miles for the CDG-NRT segment based on my paid S fare? I understood that FB would give original fare class miles when selling paid upgrades, but what for miles upgrades?

FB answer is currently 0 miles. didn't claim anything (yet).
