I'll preface by saying that every flight i take I see pax who appear to be right up their own ar.. Well perhaps I would be less in line for mod intervention if I said their manners left a little to desire.

But the airline business is competitive. Right at the bottom is Ryan air. But you get what you pay for. And for cheap old tat with no value whatsoever you cant beat ryan. For a few dollars more, with BA, you expect a bit better. Quite a few dollars more gives you a seat that is humane to sit in (Wt+). But if you pay J prices, whether in miles or $, I think you rightly expect a good product and service, and you probably compare to other carriers critically. If you pay for F I think you have a perfect right to be a Fussy Soandso.
