My expectation level:

WT: Pain
WTP: Unpleasant 12 hours, but doable in order to get me where I want to go.
CW: Can sleep, decent food and service, arrive sort of relaxed.
First: Should never(!) give me a reason to complain about any part of the experience.

It should not matter if the ticket is paid for by cash or avios.
