I was just denied entry into the F lounge. I arrived in BKK from FRA on TG in F and connecting to SQ in C (2 class aircraft). I was told that if my connecting flight to SIN was on TG in C instead of SQ than I would be allowed in. The lounge supervisor insisted that pax arriving on TG F and connecting to *A C must use the C lounge, and that this has always been the policy. She eventually let me in, supposedly as a "one time exception"
Had exact same itinerary a few weeks ago and was brought to SQ C lounge. I thought the food was very good.
I did not ask about going to TG F lounge because we had a brief layover, and would be able to use the TG F lounge on our departure a week later. (BTW, the F lounge was a great experience.)
