They are doing good. The kiosks at airport work to print boarding pass, counters are triple staffed for 5 days, all my many itineraries have been linked and coded correctly, they even managed my muticity itinerary that is half-way completed. Lots of disculpas, but no real compenation for any of the inconveniences. So I tested them. Please remove my LanPass numer from the ticket segment... well, took three of them and then the majic refresh button and all OK. From what I could see, flights on time, supervisors popping around over the shoulders of temp help, and confidence by staff that the new system will be an improvement.
