Definitely - not worth $100 for an app. But what I didn't understand was why I should try to convert this card to a Citi Forward when the original card has already been reinstated. With the re-reinstatement I should keep all my credit history and since I plan to just this card occasionally to keep it active, I didn't see a reason to change it to Citi Forward card (despite the better award earnings for certain categories)
