My prefered suite upgrades:

Fairmont nile city you get a huge new suite.
Fairmont beijing the suite is superb. Gold plated.
Fairmont singapore you usualy get the one of the penthouse suite with breakfast included. It is 1500 spf
Lake louise suites: newer than bsh. View variable.
Jasper lakeview front suite. Private. With fireplace.
Lake louise; suites decent.

Banff springs: well i am in van horne suite now. It is just ok. I Prefer the 245 suite or of course 919 royal presidential suite.

Bsh : Suites here are very different from one another. I have stayed at many diffeent suites here. 245 has sunroom style living room with nice view of the river valley.
919 of course is unbeatable 360 view library piano 2 storey etc on top of the bsh hotel... Because of the view of that room, it gotta be the best suite upgrades so far

Other fairmont property suites: for us was not as memorable

For free nights,simple: we usually redeem when value of the cheapest fairmont room is over $400. The savoy is of course on top of everybody list if you can get it, then banff in summer time..
