National car downtown Seattle is located in the Hilton on the 6th Ave, just off I5 North Exit 165. It's a shared location with Alamo. Long queue at Friday morning, primarily travelers. NO EC stand, you have to ask them and identify yourself as EC member. I think the fleet size is less than 50 at this location.

Premium selections offered by agent: C200, Mustang Convertible, Maxima and Taurus. Took the Taurus, it's 13 limited and come with rear-view camera. The car itself has 5400 miles on it. Overall the my rental experience wasn't too bad.
