If I understand correctly, Canadian Centurion offers Delta Gold and automatic Hilton Diamond status, while USA Centurion offers Delta Platinum, US Platium, and a fast track to Hilton Diamond. My point is that if one were to sublease a Centurion account for travel benefits it would be useful to know the precise benefits associated with the Canadian (or other) version. Another difference is that a Canadian card should provide Priority Pass rather than Priority Pass Select, which means UA lounges would not be excluded.
