Both Hyatt Dulles and Hyatt Fair Lakes have very similar rooms. They only upgrades are to Respire Suites (I think they call them) which are a bit larger and have an air cleaner and a refrigerator in the room. The Hyatt Fair Lakes does have larger rooms at the corners of the building with wrap around windows, but I have never stayed in one. Neither hotel has a club. I generally prefer the Hyatt Dulles.
