My guess is that the load planner (probably in Atlanta) made a mistake with his/her calculations regarding WB or CG, and didn't realize it until after the plane was airborne.

Maybe the ground crew loaded the wrong bin, or accidentally put HAZMAT where it didn't belong.

Or (less likely) it was some kind of security issue and they just didn't tell you that.
