Most of the time (albeit almost all on YOW-FRA / YOW-LHR / YYZ-TLV, etc.) I get one of the other two layouts which have the slightly larger forward Y cabin where 14 is not against the lav or gallery.

If I fail on Aerolotto I usually check at the gate to see if someone who won moved out of row 12 and I get moved up there. Works sometimes
Yeah check out Oct 20th AC878 yyz to zrh with a dummy booking. It looks like it has the small Y mini cabin with the 34 pitch in rows 12-14. Don't know how to find the fin of the scheduled flight though.

Yeah, that'll be key to check if our upgrade doesn't go through
