Airlines generally consider all Business seats as equal.
Suggest you put your issues and concern on exit row compliance in writing to BA, together with a print of your boarding pass.
Of course there is an official record of the change... How else would the crew have known that the op up pax was supposed to have been in 62A?
As for the exits, WCHR pax are now allowed on the upper deck so the op up's apparent frailty is irrelevant.
