Or, more generally, any event is a sufficiently big event that Hyatt can determine that the Hyatt Diamond Availability Guarantee doesn't apply. Thus, the "guarantee" is just marketing speak, and isn't a real guarantee at all.
And, it makes sense too. The guarantee is fine for the ordinary sold-out situation. It's just a willingness by Hyatt to walk some poor slob without status. But, when the whole town is sold out and Hyatt knows it, this isn't about walking the other guy to a nearby property, it's about walking him to the back seat of his car.

Hyatt actually DYKWIA and a Diamond isn't that big a deal.
