Your not far from a business flight which would make a huge difference in comfort level on a long flight like this. A couple of free Amex's would get you there. Checkout Great Canadian Rebates for the latest promos with cashback and/or Red Flag Deals. I believe you can get a free Amex Gold Rewards with $500 spend in 3 months requirement for 15K and a free first year Amex Business gold for 25K with $3K in 3 months requirement. That would put you at 125K. Only downside, depending on your spending habit and whether you need any big ticket items, you may have left it too late for this. If it was me, I'd sign up for them both via GCR to get cash back and immediately buy that new leather couch from Costco online that the Mrs. has been bugging me about for the last couple of years and be at 125K miles in a couple of weeks. Of course I'd also sign up for the Costco Aeroplan bonus for extra miles.

Reinforcing sp4294's comment, be aware that if you use AE site or AE customer service rep, they will direct you to more expensive (and not as much fun IMO, see "mini-RTW") options that generate more for AE/AC. Much better itineraries can be put together with some effort and the help of folks on here.
