It does not take a Superbowl for a hotel to have extraordinary room demand... it can be conventions, special events and even the local college football game.

Yeah, but is every Green Bay Packers game a sufficiently big event that the Hyatt Diamond Availability Guarantee doesn't apply? I would expect high rates and limited availability but for the guarantee to be void roughly every other weekend all fall? Not every game is the superbowl.
