As an Executive, is it possible to book a reservation for someone else, but still pay for it? The person renting the car must present a credit card in the same name as well as a valid driver's license. You could potentially be the primary renter and add the other person as an authorized driver, but you would have to be present at the time the rental was picked up.
The only other thing I can think of is to do a pre-pay rate on Alamo.com, and see if it will accept the other person as the renter/driver, but your credit card for the prepayment.
In any case, being Executive would not help you in this case, other than to waive the fee for an additional driver.
