My wife has the exact same luggage, so I will use hers as I am taking this trip solo. Used the excuse of the upcoming flight to put some pressure on them to get something done. Yes, they will come and pick up the damaged bag after I receive the check from them. Hoping it will not take the entire 3 to 4 weeks, but, I am prepared to wait if that is what it takes.
