You're definitely below the MCT for a domestic to international in Miami. That said, I've made shorter connections there over the years, but if your inbound flight is delayed, you'll be overnighting anyway.

Personally, I'd have them change it and spend a nice evening in Miami. Rental cars aren't too terribly expensive there.
