So to ask for opening up C&P, you want to ask specifically for the revenue manager?

We had a recent Friday night and Saturday night stay at W San Francisco. I was able to grab a C&P for Saturday night a long time ago when booking. I never saw C&P return for Saturday night after I booked it and never saw it open at all for Friday night. The weird thing about Friday night was that the rate kept dropping, dropping, dropping as time went on whereas Saturday night the rate kept going up. To me this meant the hotel was not so full Friday versus quite full Saturday. But I had no luck in calling and getting C&P opened for Friday night of our stay. Oh well, we ended up paying $163 + tax for a regular room where the cash part of C&P at this hotel is $90 + tax anyways.
