Thanks. I know V is ineligible for Business ExtrAA upgrades which is what I plan to use but only on the outbound that is all in H.
The organization booked the tickets in the cheapest economy fare bucket possible which turned out to be H for all but the last segment. What's astounding is that the cost for 1 ticket in this fare bucket structure was $2,700
Xmas time flights to Bolivia are outrageously priced and unfortunately on old 757s. The market used to be served by Aero Sur, but the airline is now defunct. This took a chunk of competition out of the market.
