After having paid to select a seat, there has been a change of aircraft and BA has now selected another seat on my behalf. I have read the policy however as it is six months away i decided to give BA a call. After waiting on hold for about 20 mins on Thursday night and getting through to an agent, they were unable to resolve it with a promice to call me friday...I did not get a call back and the seat is still the one they selected on my behalf.
I have now been on hold for an hour

I paid to select a seat right after I booked an now seat selection is closed. When selecting the seat for my outboud journey I actually considered this seat but did not like the window placement on seat expert. This is a codeshare flight...Iberia but as I was able to initially select the seat why can I not get in there now and one hour on hold? A little miffed to say the least
