QF INVOL Downgrade Compensation (F to C) or Reroute?
Just got a phone call to my number in the States, although I am in Cape Town at the moment. I am ticketed to fly JNB-SYD on 11th in F (paid). I just checked and they don't have F on that JNB-SYD on 11th. This is on AA's ticket stock.
What is normally the QF's invol downgrade compensation for F pax (AA EXP/BA Gold no QF status)? The alternate option is to ask them to put me on EK or CX F. CX is problematic because they don't have F all days to JNB.
I am trying to figure out what is my best option before calling QF.
