I have never in 13 years been delayed boarding cuz the plane was to hot & I'm talking about in DXB or other Gulf airports. If they can keep planes cool when it's 115 outside, they can sure keep them cool in ORD but that might cost an extra $5 in fuel and we wouldn't want that
