I'm disappointed having built up so many points... but I almost never travel on the weekend and I very rarely stay anyplace 5 days... So I guess unless I like driving a tin can of a car around, the Hertz reward program is just not for me. Very Sad.
There are no taxes on award rentals - just a fyi. Perhaps educating yourself on pluses and minuses of hertz or any other program would prevent similar disappointments in the future. Flyertalk is a good place to learn this kind of stuff.
And what do you mean by "tin can of a car"?
