My concern is having the purchased luggage delivered to me in good conditon, and also knowing the ease of return if the purchased luggage is not received in good condition.

I have had no issues with returns to Amazon or Ebags, I can't speak for LuggagePros. I have made several luggage related purchases from both companies and also returned luggage items to both companies. It was easy with both companies and no hassle.
