According to DL here in MNL, they are indeed an authorized repair facility for my brand, at least that is what they tell me.
Just got an email from Dl, said it will be delivered to their office today and to my place of business tomorrow. I sure hope so!.

My last flight to MNL, my hard shell luggage, one side was split in half with only the liner holding it together. DL gives me a brand new luggage to transfer my stuff and I file the paperwork. The check to cover the luggage came in ahead before I got back to ATL two weeks later.
