Thanks for the advice. I’m loathe to change either of the flights, which would mean losing a day of my UK holiday at one end and my NZ holiday at the other (connecting through from HKG). Plus I’d end up with a day or night in DXB, which is somewhere I try to avoid. Think I’ll stick to plan A and hope for on-time flights. If there’s a delay out of LHR I may try contact CX from there to see what can be done.
