So just because I see four seats available in the Y bucket on Day X in the GDS, the TA may not actually be able to see any Y availability at all? That seems to defeat the purpose of having availability listed on a GDS to begin with...

Do you know of any kind of publicly-available resource (free or non-free) where these sorts of restrictions are published, or does one have to be a TA in a particular country to have access to this?
