There are several lounges but all pax BPs are scanned as you go in to a lounge, so when you enter lounge 1 with guest A they will scan (and likely record) the BPs for you and your guest.

If you exit lounge 1 leaving guest A there, then try to enter lounge 2 with guest B don't be surprised if the computer beeps and you are refused - they will know that you've already guested someone into a (different) lounge that day.

Is there a payment option that can be used for example ?
Other than buying a flight upgrade(!) for someone, at least to J - which would give lounge access in its own right, the answer is sadly no, you can't pay cash for lounge access at LHR T5.
