You cannot take one guest into a different lounge because you need to present your boarding pass for access. You can't leave your wife and child in one lounge, because you'd need to be with them to get them in in the first place (which isn't possible as per the rules).
You cannot pay to use the BA lounges, sorry.
I'm assuming here that you are not travelling in Club World or higher?
