Are all three of these online luggage merchants reliable? (Amazon, Ebags, LuggagePros). Is there a hierarchy of preferred merchants?

My concern is having the purchased luggage delivered to me in good conditon, and also knowing the ease of return if the purchased luggage is not received in good condition.

Anyone have experiences to share? T.I.A.
