auto gate usually works with *G or any other * C-Class boarding pass

If you have a guest the staff at the front desk will register their BP. You don't need to have a card with you.

If you are in Y and *G is displayed on your BP they will still let you in, even should the auto gate not open.

After you reach *G ask your travel agent to delete your FF number in the PNR and reenter it.
Best is 3-5 days after you reached the status as it takes some time for all partners to recognize it.

The check-in system will only recognize the status at the time booking, when your TA entered your FF number
and in your case you need *G on your BP.
