I don't know if I'd say inflexible... I was willing to pay any amount of points necessary to get a two day Prestige rental... they offer two day Prestige rentals... it just has to be the two days that they want... In either event... if I was willing to pay for a whole week (which they also offer), I can't figure out why they just wouldn't put in the reservation and let me return it early forfeiting the extra points. The reps I spoke with just wouldn't book it.

Come to think of it... Maybe I should have just lied and said I was going to be there a week and then returned the car early... it's not like they'd have refused to take the car back... wonder why I (or either of the two customer service reps I talked to didn't think of that)... In either event... I think being willing to pay for a full week just to be able to get two days qualifies me as flexible.
