What are my options if the Cash + Points option is not available? Any tips for getting availability opened up? Do they only do this for the high rollers? I understand from reading that this is capacity controlled, but it seems like a lot of the properties that I have looked at never seem to have this as an option.

Anyone have any secrets or any success stories on getting them to open up space for the C+P? Or is it too dependent on hotel?
