When I look on the Hertz website, the only awards they currently list for Prestige cars are Weekend and Weekly (and 2 week) rentals. They don't offer daily awards for Prestige cars at this point in time.

Back when they awarded paper certificates, the weekly awards had T&C printed on the back that defined the award as being "between 5 days and 7 days".

Hertz needs to A) make their award terms & conditions more explicit (it doesn't define how long a "week" award can truly be) and B) they need to offer daily awards for their collection cars.

So yeah, I think there's blame to go around here: You, for having some stricter (and possibly inflexible) expectations, and Hertz, for not having enough useful options.
