No chance. OW will just rule that DXB-Oz overflies Asia (just as ORD-India overflew Europe even if it did not).
As I posted in the relevant thread in the QF forum - I believe this was not the case (ORD-DEL overflying Europe) - see this post and the link it has to an old thread

But - as I said in the linked thread - in any case, we will have to wait and see with regard to QF's proposed SWP-Europe* non-stop flights

*Europe - as defined in the xONEx rules, i.e. including the Middle East
