Precisely! JetBlue's SABRE version is point and click and it takes forever for them to accomplish a simple check in now. Even worse for rebookings, ancillary fee collection, etc.
Although on WN, their point-and-click system seems to move very quickly and there is a logical flow. For example, when I was issued a ECV at the gate, the agent searched my PNR, then went to "Issue LUV Voucher" > "# of Vouchers" > "Amount of Voucher" > "Print"
However, WN's system may run faster because it doesn't have to interface with OALs as much as UA, or even B6.
