So what's your solution to this "problem", if I may ask? So every parent with a young child, should avoid traveling on airplanes, buses, trains until the child, lets say, is around 3-4 years old? Or is it perhaps better if there were to be an age requirement on public transport? Only when you've turned 18, one is allowed to join the rest of the gang. But then again, what to do with all the drunks and other people who makes a lot of noise (like talking to their friends even if they sit 10 rows apart)? Or how about the guy I had on one of my PVG-AMS flights a couple of years back. He snored so loudly that I'm guessing even the pilot could here him (and yes, we were sitting in Z, if that somehow matters).
I agree 100% what has been said before in this thread when it comes to parents not telling their kids to be quite/calm down. Or when they are to young to understand, to do their most to try and calm the kid down (walk to the back of the plain, or like with LH, go down to the second level). But to question if it's a "wise idea" to travel with infants who might create nuisance, that part I personally really don't understand. As mentioned above, what to do with the rest of the people who might disturbe you on your flight? Should there perhaps be a screening before we book our trips, to see if we're fit to travel in the companion of others?
