I have never flown British Airways, but got the 100k credit card offer and spent 30k so I will get the free companion pass.

What is the best use of these miles?

I can travel to another city to fly, but I am based in Houston.

British Airways flys direct to London from Houston. I was thinking first class Houston-London, but is there a better option?
