Positive experience here. I had a flight on UA which took off during the system outage on 8/28. As the site says to wait 7 days, I waited until today to request the mileage credit. Minor inconvenience was that I had received credit for the 2 other segments on the same ticket number, so I couldn't submit through the mileage credit form. Instead, I emailed the MP svc ctr directly and received a response 30 minutes later from someone that my flight would be credited within 48 hours. Wow!
