Why not build a fare scanner that seeks out the full fare filed for the lowest amount? Similar to sbm12s UA B fare finder http://www.wandr.me/Fare-Finder.aspx

The trick-it! people are always on the hunt for the lowest fare filed so they can apply fuel dumps on it and fly MRs very cheap.

Another thing would be to replicate the ATPCO mistake fare hunter that airlines use to ID mistakenly filed low fares.
