Next time I make a res if I have an option to provide a "local contact number" I'll use my own mobile number but I don't think I've fixed this one yet.

Oh, I may have figured it out? My February trip was supposed to be myself, wife, and son. Wife could not come as mom in the hospital. The trip we just did to Seattle used her left over fare (after paying the cancellation penalty). So maybe the robo-call was to her and not to me - in which case the problem is gone.
