Fuel and surcharge as of date of issue? If they charge September surcharges for an August-dated ticket then you've cause for complaint.
As far as I can tell the credit limit is drawn down less than the total amount that's printed on the award ticket.
Date of issue on eticket is 27AUG so I can't imagine they'd charge September surcharges.
By now the auth hold has probably already expired so I'm surprised the charges have not posted. The eticket was issued with the following note:
PAYMENT : CC AX XXXXXXXXXXXYYYY/ExpMMYY S123456 ZZZZ
YYYY = Last 4 card digits
ZZZZ = Taxes & fuel total dollar amount
S123456 = Auth code???
So based on this I can only assume that they must have got auth in order to issue the ticket.
